Vision

The Hartog School of Government and Policy is a policy oriented research institute, within the Faculty of Social Science at Tel Aviv University. It endeavors to bridge between academic knowledge and policy making, by providing both cutting-edge and practical policy research.

The school specializes in various policy areas and works together with ministries, governmental agencies and members of civil society in order to provide recommendations to the bevy of policy challenges currently facing the State of Israel. The team at the Hartog School provides not only policy research in all its fields of expertise, but also "know-how" to practitioners while simultaneously facilitating community building.

The team at Hartog School consists of unique experts and leading researchers who hold hands-on experience from the public sector and/or civil society. They are not only committed to the improvement of the Israeli civil service, but also to the improvement of decision making processes and to the betterment of the State of Israel for all of its citizens.
