Dr. Jacob Rimer is a senior consultant and lecturer on AI, Big Data, Cyber, and Biology. He holds a Ph.D. in Biology (Immunology) from the Weizmann Institute of Science and has spent the past decade conducting scientific research while working with the government and high-tech companies. Previously, he served as CTO at Verint Systems Ltd. and the Israeli Prime Minister's Office, where he led technology assessments and research activities. Jacob has also held senior R&D and product management roles in startups and worked as a VC fund manager at Golden Gate Bridge Fund. He is a graduate of the elite 8200 "Shchakim" and IDF MAMRAM programs and holds an M.Sc. in Machine Learning (Weizmann Institute). With over 30 years of experience, he has extensive expertise in Machine Learning, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and interdisciplinary fields such as Computer Science, Biology, and Mathematics.
