Ph.D. Application checklist

According to TAU regulations, the following documents have to be submitted to the school / program to which the applicant is asking to be accepted:

• Personal details form
• Two letters of recommendation from senior academic faculty
• BA and MA certificates + grade sheets: Please note that you have to send your MA and BA documents  in the original language (and also a translation to English, if you have it) to the Certificate Evaluation unit¹, to determine the Israeli equivalent of your MA and BA grade and confirmation of the MA as a research degree.
• Research intention declaration
• Academic advisor’s declaration 
• Conflict of interest declaration – applicant
• Conflict of interest declaration – academic advisor
• CV and list of publications
