Candidates employed in the public or private sectors with practical experience are eligible to apply provided that they hold a university degree, or a degree from an accredited institution of higher education with a final grade of "good" (75) or higher. Candidates will be accepted on the basis of meeting university requirements (exemption in English). Additionally, a personal interview will be taken into consideration.
