Area of Research: Political Philosophy

Ela Padva is a PhD student in the School of Political Science at Tel Aviv University, focusing on the intersection between politics and feminist theory. Her research explores how feminist theory defines and challenges the political boundaries of womanhood, with an emphasis on contemporary issues of inclusivity towards identities that question those boundaries, particularly trans and queer. Ela holds a bachelor's degree in Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy, and a master's degree in Government with a specialization in political marketing, both from Reichman University.

אלה פדבה היא דוקטורנטית בבית הספר למדע המדינה באוניברסיטת תל-אביב, המתמקדת בממשק שבין פוליטיקה לתיאוריה פמיניסטית. מחקרה עוסק באופן שבו התיאוריה הפמיניסטית משרטטת את הגבולות הפוליטיים של נשיות, תוך התמקדות בסוגיות עכשוויות של אינקלוסיביות כלפי זהויות המאתגרות גבולות אלה, בדגש על טרנסיות וקוויריות. בעלת תואר ראשון בממשל, דיפלומטיה ואסטרטגיה ותואר שני בממשל עם התמחות בשיווק פוליטי, שניהם מאוניברסיטת רייכמן.
